Born in New Orleans, Dr. René Earles grew up in Washington, DC. He attended Howard University, double majoring in Biology and Chemistry and earned his medical degree at Howard College of Medicine. Dr. Earles completed his internship at Freedmen’s Hospital and surgical residency at D.C. General Hospital. Dr. Earles served in the U.S. Navy at Sand Point Naval Air Station in Seattle. After fulfilling his commitment to the Navy, Dr. Earles entered the Dermatology residency program at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital. Since finishing his residency in 1975, Dr. Earles has practiced dermatology for over 40 years. Currently he splits time between Flossmoor Dermatology Associates in Chicago and as a consultant for NEW DERMATOLOGY GROUP in Appleton, Wisconsin.
